My family had apple plantation in the village of Tsiperchi, Lechkhumi. Our village is far from the main road and hence, air is clean, pollution from cars do not reach our orchards and our apples thrive in clean environment. In 2017 I started producing natural apple cider vinegar. We do not add water, preservatives or other chemicals to out vinegar and at the same time, try to use local apple varieties, which give our products distinct flavour.  

The taste and nutritional value of our apple cider vinegar obtained by microbiological methods is higher than that of wine vinegar, it has a mild taste and contains high nutritional value and biologically active substances, minerals, vitamins. Among them, potassium is especially noteworthy, which apple cider vinegar contains in large quantities. Apple cider vinegar contains several organic acids - malic, lactic, ascorbic and acetic acids
